You pay a one-time placement fee — no salary-based markups, no ongoing costs, and no hidden charges.
Hire your VA directly and keep 100% of the relationship.

After the initial consultation call, you pay a non-refundable deposit of $300 to kick off the search for your virtual assistant.
(Deposit is applied to final fee)
After we find a vetted virtual assistant, we'll send you the trial task results. You then pay a one-time $1,200 placement fee to get introduced to the VA.
Unlike other VA matching services that take a percentage of your VA’s annual salary as their fee, we charge a simple, flat placement fee. That means you’re not paying $3,000–$5,000 just to get matched.
No ongoing fees. You hire the VA directly and pay them; we don't take a cut of their salary.
Up to two complimentary replacements (within 60 days) if the fit isn't right.
