Don't Do It Yourself

Design Pickle Pricing & Plans – How Much Does It Really Cost?

The graphic design platform Design Pickle is sold on a subscription basis for clients needing medium to small projects completed. In a nutshell, you can choose between a standard or pro option billed on a monthly, quarterly or yearly basis.

We’ll get into those plan details below, but to briefly summarize, you have the option to include add ons to any plan you get, and you also have a 14 to 21 day satisfaction guarantee depending on the plan. In addition to these two plans, they also provide an elite option. We’ll get into that below.

Plans & Pricing

If you prefer the monthly billing cycle, the Standard Plan is $399 / month. and the Pro Plan is $995 / month. Prices go down if you choose the quarterly or annual billing. Quarterly billing option saves you 5% (Standard is $379 / month and Pro is $945 / month) Annual billing option saves you 10% (Standard is $319 / month and Pro is $833 / month).

While Design Pickle has no contracts, a potential downside is that there are no refunds for unused time. So even if you don’t finish out the duration of your plan before you cancel, you still have to pay for the full amount of time for the plan you signed up for. You will, however, still have access to the services until that billing cycle ends.

Expert Tip: Test as many unlimited graphic design companies as possible. All have free trials. Don't have time to compare services? See why we recommend Penji over Design Pickle.

Which Design Pickle Plan Should You Choose?

I would recommend starting with the free trial and monthly billing option to see how Design Pickle works for you. Once you find your groove and decide are comfortable with their services, I would adjust the billing option to save on costs.

If you’re struggling between the Standard or the Pro, I would base this decision on how many bells and whistles you want included. Do you want more than just the standard picture graphic? Both plans offer unlimited requests, so quantity doesn’t matter as much as quality when it comes to deciding between the two options.

The Elite option is good if you are in a place where you would need an account manager and a full design team.
