We offer this website completely free to our visitors. To help pay the bills, we’ll often (but not always) set up affiliate relationships with the top providers after selecting our favorites. However, we do our best not to let this impact our choices. There are plenty of high-paying companies we’ve turned down because we didn’t like their product.
An added benefit of our relationships is that we always try to negotiate exclusive discounts for our visitors.

AND.CO Review
We were pleasantly surprised at how comprehensive AND.CO’s business management tools were. It looked rather simple on the surface, but a little exploration revealed just how much you can do on their platform.
Setting up an account was easy, as was starting each project. Their proposal creation tools are super useful. Creating proposals that have most of your pertinent details included without having to spend hours drafting them as a Word document will be extremely beneficial for many freelancers and entrepreneurs.
Being able to attach contracts and automatically send out invoices saves a ton of time, and doing this on a single platform will certainly make freelancers’ lives that much simpler. Depending on your freelancing business, you may not need to use their time tracking tool, especially if you bill for fixed projects and deliverables. Either way, I'd recommend taking advantage of it to track your time to specific projects and client accounts. This can help you measure your return on investment, which is helpful to see when evaluating which of your clients are the most profitable.
If you're like me and often get bogged down in actual client work, you'll love the invoice reminder system in AND.co. This allows you to send out invoices based on a timer, taking a lot of mental stress off of making sure you’re getting paid.
In my opinion, an underrated aspect of AND.CO is their Shoebox feature that stores your receipts and other pertinent documents that might otherwise get lost on your desktop. This, along with their Statements tab, are crucial for filing taxes accurately and on time.
Overall, AND.CO has a very simple user interface (UI) and a well-documented knowledgebase of support articles. Freelancers and solopreneurs will be able to pick it up at the drop of a hat. It’s also very affordable for the number of tools they give you.
One thing to take into consideration is that AND.co is built for a single user. So, if you are looking to scale out your freelancing business and add more team members down the road, this might not be the best long-term solution for you. But in terms of a bridge solution, or if you're comfortable going at freelancing solo, you can't go wrong with AND.CO.
Pros: Here’s what I like about AND.CO
- Their UI and overall toolset is easy to use and users won’t have any trouble sending out proposals and invoices.
- While it only has two payment options, the Pro plan is affordable and includes all of their features.
- AND.CO automates invoices and contracts, meaning you won’t have to juggle different applications to get paid.
- Clients don’t need AND.CO accounts to access your proposals.
- The time tracking system is effective at properly managing your hours.
- The Shoebox feature helps you organize your receipts for taxes and income statements.
Cons: Here are the only things I don’t like about AND.CO
- They don’t let you import contacts, which could be annoying for users that already have a sizable client list.
- It's primarily built for a single user. If you are thinking about growing your freelancing business and adding additional team members down the road, you may want to consider other options that can provide scalability.
