We offer this website completely free to our visitors. To help pay the bills, we’ll often (but not always) set up affiliate relationships with the top providers after selecting our favorites. However, we do our best not to let this impact our choices. There are plenty of high-paying companies we’ve turned down because we didn’t like their product.
An added benefit of our relationships is that we always try to negotiate exclusive discounts for our visitors.
WP Runner Overview
WP Runner is an unlimited website support service based out of Brisbane, Australia. The company was founded in 2017 and is currently run by experienced software engineer and co-founder Josh Anthony.
You pay a flat monthly fee to get access to an unlimited number of website tasks, as well as different security and customer support packages. Most of their developers are Filipino, each with several years of development experience.
How Does WP Runner's Unlimited Website Support Work?
To submit a website task, users either go on WP Runner’s online portal or their emails to request a task. They can also consult their developers to suggest tasks and use their portals to ask for progress reports on any given project.
Your developer will then get working on the request and get back to you typically within 24 hours. You’ll receive a detailed note once the task is completed.
Users can send in as many requests as they want. These tasks can either take 30 minutes or an hour depending on the pricing plan you choose, which we’ll touch on later.
What can WP Runner help with?
WP Runner provides unlimited website support, primarily focused on an assortment of smaller tasks for WordPress based websites.
They can help you redesign your website by implementing incremental design improvements. Larger redesign projects take longer but project times can be negotiated with your developer.
Their plans also include site security, such as malware removal and other security-related tasks. If your site is slow, WP Runner also offers page speed improvements in their plans as well.
They also offer PSD to HTML, allowing users to turn their designs into front-end code. This is great for small businesses that have a strong eye for design but don't have the development experience to implement.
Who is WP Runner good for?
WP Runner is focused on helping clients build and maintain their WordPress sites regardless of scale.
They are great for affiliate websites, personal blogs, small business sites, and agencies. They also specialize in helping Woocommerce and other eCommerce stores as well.

The prices shown below are in Australian dollars. Converted to USD, prices are currently $72 (Unlimited) and $437 (Premium).
WP Runner currently offers two pricing plans: Unlimited Support and Premium Support.
The Unlimited plan is priced at $99 Australian dollars, which is about $72 USD. The plan offers unlimited 30-minute website tasks and allows users to send in one task at a time.
You also get a monthly performance and security audit with the Unlimited Plan, as well as 24/7 uptime monitoring. WP Runner offers weekly website backup and includes 20 website training videos as a bonus.

WP Runner Review
We were able to test out WP Runner’s services and were very impressed with what they gave us.
Their PSD to HTML services are legitimate, as their developers were able to seamlessly convert our visual ideas into front-end code. This service is great for those with a strong vision for what they want their site to look like but don’t have the technical expertise to put it into code.
WP Runner provides reliable bug fixes, as they were able to work around a complex jQuery issue that we had on our site. They also provide reliable site speed updates.
We were impressed with their developers and the care they put into each client. Their deployment methodology is solid, to say the least. They recommended using a staging environment for changes to larger sites, which was really helpful.
One of the best things about WP Runner is the number of services you get for the price they charge you.
If you’re a U.S. resident, you’re looking at paying about $70 for a whole month of unlimited WordPress support. So even if you get a minimum of 3 hours worth of work done, that’s well worth the price.
Their customer service suite is also excellent. WP Runner is almost like a small family business with how much attention they give each of their users. The founder even tries his best to personally contact each new customer.
Their uptime monitoring is invaluable, as they’ll quickly try and fix any issue your site faces as soon as it goes down. Many of their competitors don’t offer this service.
Although their developers and support team are in different time zones as the U.S., there’s no denying that WP Runner is a great option for small firms looking to get a WordPress site up and running.
Pros: Here’s what I like about WP Runner
- Incredible value compared to all other providers. Such a low monthly fee for the amount of WordPress support they give you. Even a few hours worth of work per month gets you a good return for the price you pay.
- Uptime monitoring is included– They’ll monitor your site and fix it when it goes down (other providers don’t do this).
- QA testing of code is done by senior developers for anything above basic tasks.
- They are great for affiliate marketers who need support but don't want to hire a full-time WordPress developer.
- They have expertise in Woocommerce and several other eCommerce platforms
- They put a lot of effort into ensuring your site’s security and speed.
- They have a refreshingly deliberate deployment methodology. For more complex sites they recommend using a staging environment for changes.
- Their round-the-clock services and audits make sure your sites are running smoothly no matter the time of day.
- The developers all treat you as if they’re your sole focus, making for great personalized services.
Cons: Here are the only things I don’t like about WP Runner
- Their task dashboard has a poor UI making it hard to track all of your requests, but they’re planning enhancements on this front.
- They are based in Australia which can be challenging if you are based in the U.S. and need real-time support. However, they do have some overlap in the late afternoon, and it's nice to submit tasks and have them completed while you are sleeping.
