As a cloud-based app, team members only need to input their Heymarkey credentials to log into the program. 

You can automate functions by programming Heymarket to identify certain keywords. For example, if a customer texts “JOIN,” they can automatically be opted in to a text messaging marketing list.

You can send up to 1,000 messages per month and receive a daily list size of 400, which is the number of unique people the inbox can message each day using campaigns.

The Plus plan, priced at $119 a month or $1188 annually, gives you 2,500 messages per month and a 600 daily list size. You get reports and analytics for a year’s worth of data, as well as all the other features of the Standard plan. You also gain access to integrations.

The Pro plan costs $239 a month or $2388 annually. You get 5,000 messages per month and receive reports for 2 years’ worth of data on top of API access. Contacts, team members, devices, and retention are all unlimited.

The Enterprise plan is Heymarket’s custom plan, meaning you can set a custom number of messages and list size by contacting a representative. The Enterprise plan also gives you priority access from their customer support team and a dedicated training program.

Each plan comes with a free trial, and you can cancel or change subscription plans at any time.

In terms of team-oriented SMS marketing platforms, you’d be hard-pressed to find one better than Heymarket. Their team features extend far beyond just letting multiple users look at one inbox, and it was easily our favorite part about the platform.

Being able to assign specific contacts made it easy to streamline work between multiple users, while the private chat feature proved to be an incredibly useful collaborative tool in a remote work environment.

Their UI is clean and easy to use. You likely won’t have much trouble setting up an SMS marketing campaign or customer service programs in just a few minutes.

While their automation and campaign features aren’t breaking new ground, they’re as versatile as they come. Setting up a campaign to launch at specific times or during certain time intervals are useful tools, and their message templates proved to be valuable as well.

We also liked their integrations and API gateways for automating functions and importing contacts. It’s worth noting, however, that some of these features requires you to pay for more expensive plans.

Compared to its contemporaries, Heymarket doesn’t have as many resources or guides for their tools either. Based on their pricing structure, it seems that only the Enterprise users have access to dedicated training.
